Survey up to 100 Employees in Your Organization for FREE!

The concept behind I Wish You Would Just… is to get managers and staff talking. The book is a great vehicle to begin the process. However, if you want to take the concept further, like 100’s of organizations have done, you should consider having your employees (both managers and staff) complete the survey so you have your own organizational specific feedback to utilize.

Let us provide an electronic link customize for your organization where your employees can complete the survey. We’ll start by issuing you your own organizational code. This will allow us to track your specific responses and share them with you. If desired, we will even provide additional codes to allow you to compile results by specific managers or locations.

Once your code is issued, we provide you with an introductory letter to get the process started. We’ll work with you throughout the process to help you get the results you need to really make an impact!

Upon completion of the surveys, we will provide the responses to you electronically. This reports provides great data for training sessions or meetings where you are looking for ways to improve relationships. Additionally, we will review the responses and provide specific feedback on the trends and issues we identify.
